FAQ

01/ What do i bring to my session?

- If you are a new client, bring any forms we may have asked to pre fill out, or arrive 10mins early to fill in any paperwork.

- Water bottle + Towel (both of these are available for purchase if you forget!)

- Wear appropriate training clothes & closed in training shoes 

- A good hard working attitude ;)

If you bring your own water bottle, we have FREE water refill available otherwise you can purchase for $3

02/ Do you have parking spots?

Yes! We have free parking right at our front door, there are clearly marked spots with signage, please use these spaces as the other spaces are for the neighbouring units & their customers.

 

03/ Where is Byron Gainz located?

Unit 5/2 Acacia St, Byron Bay NSW 2481

We have noticed that google maps does make this a little tricky, it doesn't always show up, if you can't find it with the address above, try 46 Acacia St, Byron Bay.

We are in a complex of 5 units, painted in a cream colour with green roofs and roller doors. We also have a street directory sign out the front.

04/ What kind of amenities do you have?

We have two bathrooms, which each have toilets & showers, available for you to use during and after your session (now there is no excuse to not get all hot and sweaty before work! ;)

We have towel hire and or purchase on offer. Towels for bathroom use and towels for gym use.

Bathrooms equip with scales, mirrors good enough for an insta selfie, area to change, basin, shower & toilet.

05/ What is the minimum age to train at Byron Gainz? 

You are required to be 16 years or older to have sessions at Byron Gainz and we require a guardian signature on your contract and Pre-exercise questionnaire.

06/ Can i have a PT session with a friend?

This will be upon inquiry, please contact us via, Phone, Email or pop in and have a chat to one of our trainers.

07/ How quickly will i see results?

It depends on several factors including how often you attend, what exercise you do, what you eat and drink and what your goal is. But with the correct diet, training and motivation you could start to see some positive changes within 4 weeks.

08/ Do i need to be fit before i sign up for sessions at Byron Gainz?

Not at all. In fact, if you’re unfit the gym is the best place for you. But one thing is certain: with our energetic and passionate fitness teams you’ll soon be fit after joining.
